OUR PRODUCTS

sCMOS Series (Solis) - Low-Light Imaging

Scientific CMOS (sCMOS) sensors combine the wide field-of-view and large pixel count of traditional CCD sensors with the speed and low noise of modern CMOS architectures. The result is a camera format that excels in low-light or photon-limited environments - wherever maximising signal-to-noise ratio matters as much as frame rate.

The SinceVision Solis sCMOS range is designed for fluorescence microscopy, bioluminescence imaging, astronomical observation, laser-based diagnostics and any application where the subject emits or reflects limited light. Back-illuminated (BSI) sensor options in this range improve quantum efficiency further, capturing a greater proportion of incoming photons. The B0555Pro offers the largest format at 2560x2048 for high resolution low-light capture, while the B518 provides a more compact, cost-effective option at 800x600 for high-speed low-light work.
